In these sessions, explore your goals, dreams, and challenges. My goal as your Coach is to create a safe space where you can openly discuss your concerns and aspirations. Through collaboration and guidance, we will do the following:
1. Define Your Vision: We will clarify your goals and aspirations, gaining a clear understanding of what you truly want to achieve in various aspects of your life.
2. Identify Roadblocks: We will nail down obstacles and beliefs that have been holding you back. We will also discuss how to overcome those obstacles and learn effective techniques to overcome them.
3. Develop an Action Plan: Create a step-by-step plan tailored to your goals, incorporating realistic milestones and actionable steps to move you closer to your objectives.
By the end of this coaching process, you will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, a clear roadmap to achieve your goals, and the confidence to overcome challenges. My goal for you to leave this experience transformed.
Three Months of Coaching :
This package includes two 45-minute sessions per month for three months; 6 sessions in total. Virtual or in person sessions are available.
Six Months of Coaching:
This package includes two 45-minute sessions per month for six months; 12 sessions in total. Virtual or in person sessions are available.
One Full Year of Coaching:
This package includes two 45-minute sessions per month for one year; 24 sessions in total. Virtual or in person sessions are available.
